Two bibles of two world. Both created in Mainz, Germany around 1452 the Giant Bible of Mainz, a hand-written manuscript and the Guttenberg Bible the first major work printed with Johannes Guttenberg's movable type system, represented the laborious process and privlidge of books and the new promise of the wide dissemination of the printed word.
