Sitting in TriBeCa at Six Hudson Place is yet another casualty of the down economy. Gutted and abandon with no short-term leasing prospects, Trinity Real Estate came to ESI Design to see how they could transform the building for the next three to five years. The resulting concept activates the facade with experimental motion graphics breathing from within.
